High Court Gives Relief To Avinash Reddy

Avinash Reddy has been doing all he can to skip the CBI investigation in the YS Viveka murder case. In the recent weeks, he had been stating that his mother is unwell and he is having to tend to her.

Adding to that, Avinash has also applied for anticipatory bail at the high court.

The case been in the hearing stage for a really long time now. Here’s the latest update in connection with Avinash’s bail plea.

The High Court has completed the hearing on the case and has postponed the verdict to Wednesday.

The court ordered the CBI not to arrest Avinash Reddy till the verdict is out, meaning he be free till the coming Wednesday.

The CBI had been stating that the MP has been skipping the investigation for one reason or the other and he is not cooperating with the investigation agency.

It is known that Avinash Reddy moved to Hyderabad the other day as his mother was shifted to a private hospital in Hyderabad.
