High Court Serious on YSRCP Colours and Jagan’s Photos

High Court has become serious on YSR Congress Government for painting every Panchayat Buildings in Party Colours. The Counsel representing the Government informed the High Court that it is a coincidence that the colors are representing YSR Congress Party Colours but that is not true.

The judge has become serious on the counsel and said they can recognize the party colors. The court also asked the Government to submit YSR Congress Party Flag and Symbols by the next hearing. The court also questioned the need to have the pictures of YS Jagan on the Panchayat Office.

The Government Lawyers said that is because Jagan is in a constitutional post. At this point, the judge erupted in anger and asked if there is a picture of Narendra Modi on the Parliament and that of Chief Justice on the Supreme Court Building. The court asked the counsel to show where there is such a practice.

The next hearing of the case is posted for tomorrow. And an adverse judgment is very much on cards for the Government in this case.
