Hyderabad: 30% Of Benz Car Buyers Are Women

In an interesting statistic, revealed by the Mercedes Benz Indian CEO Santosh Iyyer, over 30% of Bez car buyers in Hyderabad are women.

Santosh revealed that the new GLC model of Mercedes Benz has received over 1500 bookings all over India and 8% of them are from Hyderabad alone.

He went on to reveal that women are more inclined towards Benz cars in Hyderabad and the numbers from last year speak for themselves. He says 30% of the Benz car buyers in Hyderabad are women.

The CEO anticipates that with the introduction of electric cars, Benz will tap into the deeper pockets of the Indian automobile industry. He says the international giant will introduce 3-4 new models of EVs in India in the next one year.

He adds that Hyderabad has emerged as one of the primary markets for Benz in India and says there will be more plans to expand their base in the city.

With this, it is clear that Hyderabad has emerged as one of the hot pockets with luxury car sales at an all time high in the city.
