Hyderabad Girls’ Shocking Drug Smuggling Tricks

Young women, influenced by peers and struggling with financial challenges, are increasingly lured into drug smuggling. They are promised safe passage past police checks by deceitful agents, trapping them in a perilous web of deception.

For instance, a recent engineering graduate from Nellore moved to Hyderabad at the behest of friends, only to become trapped in illegal drug activities.

Desperate, she purchased marijuana in Dhoolpet, where she was apprehended by excise police.

Similarly, a woman from Musheerabad, overwhelmed by life’s pressures and sleepless nights, discovered LSD tablets through an Instagram contact.

They traveled together across Goa, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, where he exploited her vulnerability, involving her in drug trafficking.

Authorities eventually caught them with drugs worth Rs 1,00,000, underscoring the troubling rise of exploiting vulnerable women in drug crimes.

Recent police interrogations have uncovered shocking revelations, including a young woman coerced into drug distribution through the exploitation of compromising videos and photos taken while she was intoxicated. Additionally, it was revealed that a coach she met at the gym had introduced her to MDMA under the guise of protein supplements.

Police data reveals that nearly 40 out of every 100 women caught in drug abuse cite financial hardships and family issues as motivating factors.

This epidemic has infiltrated schools, workplaces, and social media, targeting women with increasing frequency.

Nigerian smugglers and international traffickers exploit girls’ vulnerabilities by concealing drugs in everyday items such as cosmetics and laundry products. They also utilize private vehicles and buses to evade detection during transportation.
