The ACB officials have responded to the complaint by IAS officer on the irregularities in the issue. They probed Dana Kishore for a good 7 hours after he gave a written statement putting all blame on KTR.

The ACB has already taken important papers from him and are now preparing to issue notices to ex IT minister from BRS KTR and IAS Arvind Kumar, both accused in the matter.

The present Telangana government is working towards establishing a strong case against accused no 1 KTR and accused no 2 Arvind Kumar.

It is known that during BRS government’s rule, Formula E Car racing was held on Tank Bund.

To this effect, then municipal and IT minister KTR had given a go ahead to HMDA, a foreign car racing firm. An amount of Rs 55crore was transferred to HMDA against Secretariat business norms.

Normally such huge amount can be transferred after taking permission from RBI. But the former government bypassed this critical rule before transferring the amount.

Hence the state government is pushing ahead with speed in the matter. Already, ACB made preparations to arrest KTR.

But KTR got a stay from High Court to delay the arrest till December 30. Now the ACB is all set to issue notices to both the accused which has led to serious situation in BRS party circles.

The following days are bound to witness high intensity drama and it remains to be seen how KTR will be dealt with in coming days!
