
The iBomma Ravi case is getting more intriguing each day. Police have submitted the custody report to the court, and several new details have surfaced regarding his activities and spending patterns.
Investigators found that Ravi purchased pirated film prints in two formats. He allegedly paid 100 dollars for regular prints and 200 dollars for HD prints. These purchases reportedly formed part of his primary piracy network.
Police examined all seven of his bank accounts and discovered a balance of Rs 13.40 crore. Reports say he earned Rs 1.78 crore through betting apps and transferred Rs 90 lakh to his sister Chandrika. Most transactions were reportedly conducted in dollars.
Ravi is said to have spent large amounts on luxury experiences. The report alleges that he splurged nearly Rs 10 crore on upscale pubs and 5-star hotels. Police also stated that he operated an office in Kukatpally to manage his activities and business fronts.
The custody period lasted 12 days before he was shifted to jail. Police have frozen Rs 3 crore from his accounts. Information provided by Ravi has now been added to the investigation report as the case continues to evolve.
