Indian Guilty of Using Fake Passport in America!

Manish Patel, an Indian who went to USA, recently pled guilty to using a fake Indian passport. The 43-year-old man flew to Canada after which he illegally entered America. Patel admitted to showing his false passport to the Border Patrol agents and his case is currently in investigation.

US Border Patrol and the Homeland Security are investigating it and it was revealed that Patel’s fake passport, which was in another person’s name, was checked in the morning on 20th January this year. His case came up when he didn’t show up for inspection. It was then discovered that he is also wanted for numerous felony charges.

The guilty man will face at least 10 years imprisonment and then supervised release for the next three years. He will also have to pay a fine of USD 250,000.
