Jagan Changes: Insulting Voters‘ Intellect

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is changing candidates left, right, and center. There are reports that at least 82 candidates are going to change. Some of them are being moved to a different seat while a few are denied tickets.

A majority are being shuffled. The idea is that the MLA facing anti-incumbency in one constituency will become a fresh candidate in another seat.

Some of the Ministers are being denied tickets and some are being moved to another seat.

The last name on the list is Minister Usha Sricharan is being shifted from Kalyanadurgam to Penukonda.

But then, this exercise is nothing but a joke.

If an MLA/Minister is a non-performer, he is a non-performer everywhere. It is a joke on the voters if he/she is shifted to another constituency hoping that the voters of the new constituency will not know about his performance.

During the 2019 elections, Jagan used to make big claims that he was the candidate in all the seats and that the candidates did not matter.

But things have come to this that candidates in eighty-two seats are being reshuffled.

These widescale changes in the candidates are an admission that things are terribly wrong and Jagan is worried about the 2024 elections.

The only hope for the YSR Congress is that the TDP and Janasena alliance will go horribly wrong and will help them.
