Jagan Gets High Court Notices

The chief minister of AP, Jagan Reddy has received notices in a personal capacity from the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. This is regarding the inappropriate usage of government funds for YCP’s political gains.

The government reportedly sanctioned funds for advertisements and publications that are intended to help YCP as a party. A petition was filed against this at the AP HC and after the case came to a hearing, the court sent a notice to Jagan, AP Financial Secretary, and YCP special correspondent.

The allegation is that the government of AP sanctioned crores of rupees for publications and advertisements that are intended to help the image of YCP as a party.

It was also mentioned that issuing public money in government capacity to companies like Jagathi Publications is against the regulation. It is further added that a CBI investigation is needed on the case.
