Jagan’s London Tour: Rs 2.71 L/Hr Flight Charges

AP CM Jagan and his wife Bharathi flew to London to visit their daughter who is studying there. The CBI Court in Hyderabad relaxed the bail norms to allow Jagan to go out of the country. Now, the cost of this tour has come under criticism.

The plane in which the Jagan couple went was ‘Embraer Lineage 1000’. About 19 people can travel in it. It is one of the most luxurious planes in the world. Rent is about $14,850 per hour (2.71 Lakh Rupees per hour).

It is estimated that the journey from Vijayawada to London will take around 11 hours (including stoppages for refueling in between). Another 11 hours to come from there.

If Jagan keeps the plane with him during the trip, the parking charges and other expenses will be high. All in all, Jagan’s London tour will cost a few crores of rupees.

It is not known if the state government is going to foot this bill.

Whatever it may be, this is the reality of Jagan Mohan Reddy who often says his fight is పెత్తందారులు-పేదలకు మధ్య యుద్ధం.

Any person who is Pro-poor can not afford to splurge this much money. But then, Jagan is a Chief Minister who only speaks but the actions are different. We have seen him commute on helicopters even for 2-3 Kilometers distance.
