Jagan Missing Grass Root Level Strength?

The Leader of the Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has become a one man army for his party as the leaders are distancing fearing the heavy expenses involved. The cadre and leaders of the party are not moving an inch unless Jagan is directly on the ground. The party is not helping the leaders who lost big amounts in the last elections.

The party which did not help the leaders during the elections is doing the same even after the defeat and so local level leaders are shying away from the party activities. This is evident in Bhimavaram. Jagan recently visited Bhimavaram and surrounding villages to extend his sympathy to those agitating against the Mega Aqua Food Park.

Jagan before going there met a lady Satyavathi who is in jail arrested for agitating against the Food Park. Satyavathi secured bail the other day and got released. While she came back to the village, there is no single YSR Congress leader to receive her and claim credit for the agitation.

Even though Satyavathi mentioned Jagan’s support, the red flags are visible everywhere indicating that it is an agitation of the communists. No cadre support when in Opposition can spell doom for any party and that too when the party is swimming across the tide. And then this is the situation of the party which drew a blank in the entire district in last elections.
