YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is doing weekly trips to various places of Andhra Pradesh on one name or the other and is creating a Hungama.
Today, he goes to Bangarupalyam, Chittoor district, to console Mango farmers who are in distress due to low prices.
In the wake of people dying on Jagan’s tours, the Police Department has imposed strict conditions for the tour.
Bangarupalyam Market Yard is small in area. The police have given permission to 500 people, including Jagan.
Permission has also been given for the helipad. Only 30 people will be allowed at the helipad.
Another key point is that no rallies or road shows should be held.
Right from the word ‘GO’, every condition has been violated.
Jagan’s tour does not resemble an ‘Odarpu Yatra’ on any front; it appears like a Dandayatra on the farmers.
We have leaders bringing people who pay money, and then there are stampedes.
YSRCP leaders ferried people in two-wheelers, cars, autos, and other vehicles. Although no permission was given for a road show or rally, a road show was held with a large number of vehicles from the helipad to the market yard.
And then, there are Police struggling to control the crowd, YSR Congress activists swearing at the Police, etc.
At one stage, YSR Congress leader Vijayananda Reddy fell down from the Convoy.

If any untoward incident happens like in the previous tour, we will see Jagan blaming the Government for not providing him enough security.
It is clear that Jagan Mohan Reddy is in no mood to cooperate with the Government. He has complete clarity on that aspect.
