Jagan Should Attend Court On Jan 31st

The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan is already in exemption from attending the CBI court hearings in connection with the disproportionate assets case.

But now, the NIA special court has asked for Jagan’s presence in the court. This is in connection with the Kodi Kathi case.

In the Kodi Kathi case, Jagan’s name is not on the list of witnesses. The court questioned about the same as it stated “How can the victim himself not be on the witness list? How can we investigate the case based on the statements of others while the victim himself is not attending the hearing?”

The court added that Jagan should be added to the list of witnesses and the lawyers should see to it that he too is attending the investigation which will be starting from the 31st of January.

The court had also rejected the bail plea of Srinivasa Rao, the accused who had been in remand for the last 4 and a half years.

It has to be seen if Jagan will attend the court.
