Jagan Tries to Downplay the Historical Loss

After a stunning loss in three MLC seats including YSR Congress‘ Bastion Kadapa, Leader of the Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy tried to put up a brave face before the media. He tried to showcase ‘Power Politics’ of TDP as a reason for the party’s loss.

“The Chief Minister is the one who should protect Constitution. But he resorted to buying. Is a win with money is a win? Chandrababu did what he did in Telangana MLC elections. He became an expert in buying,” Jagan Mohan Reddy said.

But then, this routine political rhetoric may not help Jagan much. It is true that both the sides resorted to Camp Politics and Money Politics but finally, TDP has the last laugh. At the end, the scoreboard reflects 3-0 in the favour of the ruling TDP.
