But then, Kiran Royal’s tweet along with that video has become controversial.

NTR fans are taking strong objection to the mention of NTR in this tweet.
“It looks like an intentional ploy to defame NTR. Kiran Royal or anyone can publicize the charity they do but not at the cost of belittling others. This is cheap publicity,” they are angrily saying.
