Judgment On Allu Arjun’s Bail On January 3rd

Actor Allu Arjun recently filed a regular bail petition in the Nampally court with respect to the case filed against him on the Sandhya Theatre stampede issue.

After hearing the case today, the court postponed its verdict to January 3. A few days ago, Allu Arjun filed a bail petition in the court. However, the lawyers representing the government and the police department sought time to file a counter. Thus, the court postponed its hearing to today.

Today, the magistrate heard arguments from both sides. Allu Arjun’s lawyers argued that he is not responsible for the Sandhya Theatre stampede issue.

They argued that the case filed by the police under BNS Section 105 will not be applicable to Allu Arjun as he is not responsible for Revathi’s unfortunate death. They requested the court to grant bail to the actor.

On the other side, Chikkadpally police filed a counter petition, requesting not to grant bail to Allu Arjun. They requested the court to order Allu Arjun to cooperate with the investigation if he is granted bail.

Going by the counter petition, it looks like the police department is going easy against Allu Arjun. People felt that if the police department wanted to make sure Allu Arjun doesn’t get bail, they could have pointed out various reasons, but they didn’t.

After witnessing the proceedings today, people feel that the issue might end on a positive note for Allu Arjun on January 3.
