Kapu Issue Resolution Only in 2017?

The deadline imposed for Manjunadha Commission to decide about reservations to Kapu Community is finished and Kapu Strongman Mudragada Padmanabham is once again gearing up for a stir against the government. He called for a meeting on 11th in Rajamahendravaram to decide the future course of action.

Kapu leaders of 13 districts will attend the meeting. On the other side, the issue is likely to be resolved only by March 2017 sources say. Manjunadha Commission will do field visits to all the districts starting from September 13th. The exercise is expected to take three months.

And then, the government also wants to study the data of the ongoing pulse survey which is crucial in giving the report according to SC guidelines. The survey is only half complete until now. Government sources say that the issue will be resolved only by March 2017 if the government wants to resolve the issue without giving a scope for legal intervention.
