Karma! KTR Lawyer Cite CBN Case In Arguments

Everyone remembers the infamous ‘Standup Comedy’ tweet of KTR on the day of Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest. Later, we have seen him trouble the people protesting against the Former Chief Minister’s arrest in Hyderabad.

That did not go well with the TDP Supporters in Telangana and they voted en masse to Congress in the 2023 Assembly Elections. Even though KTR tried to do some last-minute damage control, they did not agree.

Now, KTR is in a legal mess facing ACB and ED cases over the irregularities in the payments for Formula-E Racing.

The other day, Supreme Court Advocate Siddharth Dave argued on behalf of KTR in the Telangana High Court in the Quash Petition.

Dave requested the court to wait until the Supreme Court’s ruling in Chandrababu’s case to determine if Section 17A of the Money Laundering Act will be applicable to Public Representatives. Dave mentioned that this case like the one in AP is politically motivated.

TDP Supporters are mocking KTR saying that Karma has come back to bite KTR for mocking Chandrababu.

They say the nature’s balance is such that his advocates have to cite Chandrababu’s case references to get relief and admit on the record that CBN’s case is politically motivated.

Meanwhile, KTR’s arrest may happen when the High Court refuses to Quash the FIR against him. That day, we may see more tweets of people enjoying Standup Comedy shows.
