After Kavitha’s sharp comments against three BRS leaders, her PRO faced immediate consequences. The BRS removed him from all WhatsApp groups and deleted his posts about the MLC. Leaders and cadres also began unfollowing her on X, Instagram and Facebook.
The party’s social media added fuel by calling Harish Rao “aaradugula bullet.” This makes it clear that BRS is distancing itself from Kalvakuntla Kavitha. Strong rumours suggest she could face suspension, with an official announcement expected soon.
Following the controversy, KCR held meetings with Madhusudana Chary, Vemula Prasahant Reddy, Jagadeesh Reddy and Palla Rajeswara Reddy. Political circles believe a final decision on Kavitha’s fate in BRS may be declared on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Meanwhile, speculation is rising that Kavitha is preparing to launch her own party. Reports claim she has already registered a party name, fuelling buzz about her next move in Telangana politics.
However, this is not the first time such rumours have surfaced. Earlier too, there was talk of her starting a new party, but it never materialised. Whether she will take the step after suspension remains uncertain.
