Kalvakuntla Kavitha has raised her voice against the CBI inquiry into her father, BRS chief KCR. She told the media that KCR is innocent and that people he trusted are responsible for the black mark on his career.
Kavitha named three key people she believes are behind the Kaleshwaram case controversy. She pointed fingers at ex Rajya Sabha member Santosh Rao, Harish Rao, and Megha Krishna Reddy.
Kavitha criticised Harish Rao strongly. She said she kept quiet even though Harish Rao and others spoke about her in press conferences. According to Kavitha, Harish Rao made crores of money and gained politically in KCR’s name.
Kavitha also claimed that if someone like Revanth Reddy, who does not match KCR’s stature, is calling for a CBI inquiry, it is because of Harish Rao’s actions. She reminded that KCR had removed Harish Rao from the irrigation portfolio during his second term.
Kavitha said KCR always worked to provide water to the people of Telangana. She added that it is people like Harish Rao who tarnished KCR’s clean image.
