Kavitha Chooses 2 Names for Party, Diwali Launch?

For days, rumours have been circulating that Kalvakuntla Kavitha may be suspended from BRS. Speculation is also strong that she is preparing to launch her own political party soon, with reports suggesting that a name has already been registered with the Election Commission.

The latest update indicates that Kavitha has chosen Bahujana Telangana Rashtra Samithi as the name for her new party. Since she has been vocal about BC reservations, her supporters say the choice reflects her political stand and will connect with her voter base.

At the same time, Kavitha is said to be considering reviving the name Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). TRS is still popular among Telangana people, as it was the original name of BRS. After BRS rebranded, the party lost power and failed to expand its reach.

Reports suggest that by adopting the TRS name, Kavitha aims to strengthen her appeal among Telangana voters. Meanwhile, sources confirm that she has been suspended from BRS. Her close aides have already said that she will announce her new party right after the suspension becomes official.

Kavitha’s PRO has already been removed from BRS WhatsApp groups, further fuelling speculation. It is also said that KCR has discussed her suspension with senior leaders. According to aides, Kavitha plans to launch her party on Diwali, with clear CM ambitions.

If Kavitha floats her party, the Telangana political scene is set to heat up. With her strong presence and aspirations, the new party is expected to make the upcoming elections more competitive and intensify the political dynamics in the state.
