Telangana’s Argument is that Krishna Waters should be divided among all the states as the earlier Bachavath Tribunal gave unjust allocations to Telangana. But then, Brijesh Kumar Tribunal is not keen on touching them and make it complicated.

The other states also argue that the division now should happen only between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. K Chandrasekhara Rao will argue for the total allocations division. Very soon a date will be decided for his arguments before the tribunal.
