KCR Believes Jagan Is Losing In AP

It looks like BRS is trying to trouble Chief Minister Revanth Reddy using the Note for Vote case.

Former Minister Jagadish Reddy approached the Supreme Court asking to transfer the case from Telangana to Bhopal of Madhya Pradesh. Jagadish Reddy mentions that now that the prime accused in the case is the Chief Minister, he is likely to influence the case investigation.

Interestingly, Jagadish Reddy did not request to transfer the case to the neighboring Andhra Pradesh or Karnataka.

He did not ask for Karnataka because there is a Congress Government there.

But why did he not ask for Andhra Pradesh? Jagan Mohan Reddy is the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and he is in very good terms with KCR.

Jagan considers Revanth Reddy as his enemy because he is close to Chandrababu Naidu.

Even then, Jagadish Reddy did not ask the Apex Court to transfer the case from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh.

That may be because the Andhra Pradesh elections are near.

Probably, KCR is not sure of Jagan coming back to power. If the Supreme Court agrees to transfer the case to Andhra Pradesh and if the Government changes, it will be counter-productive. So, Jagadish Reddy is asking to transfer the case to Madhya Pradesh.

A bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice Sandeep Mehta will hear the petition.
