KCR Risking His Name with YSR Like Appointments

Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhara Rao appointed his Personal Assistant, Seri Subash Reddy as Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation (TSMDC) Chairman. Despite having no experience, Subhash Reddy was chosen only for his loyalty and his long term association with KCR and TRS.

Subash Reddy earlier expected Medak Lok Sabha segment seat when the seat fell vacant after KCR resigned. But then due to various calculations, KCR could not give him the seat but now aptly rewarded it with a nominated post. However there is a criticism that such important posts should not go basing on loyalty but on the experience in concerned fields.

Earlier former United Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, YS Rajasekhara Reddy also made similar appointments filling them with loyalists but then those appointments have backfired which lead to massive corruption. TRS supporters can only hope that it will not happen with KCR’s men.
