KCR Should Talk To His Once Upon A Time Political Guru Naidu

The Union Budget for 2021-22 was tabled in the Parliament on Monday. There is absolutely nothing for both the Telugu States as Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman showered sops on the poll-bound states.

The response of the Chief Ministers of AP and Telangana is really surprising. AP CM Jagan held a review meeting and directed the officials to pursue with the Central departments to get as many funds as possible under various schemes.

Only Rajya Sabha MP Vijaysai Reddy was allowed to talk to the media about the budget. He expressed displeasure on the budget for the sake of media coverage and it’s over. In Telangana, it is even more different. There is no word about the budget from TRS or the Telangana Government.

After losing the GHMC elections, KCR is trying to toe in line with the Central Government. From backtracking to Farm Bills to this stoic silence on budget, KCR is giving an impression that he is in no mood of a tussle with the Center and is seeking friendship with BJP.

“If KCR is thinking Modi and Shah will stop their expansion plans in Telangana considering him their friend, KCR will be surprised for sure. KCR should talk to his political guru (once upon a time), Chandrababu to know their shrewdness,” experts say.
