Yesterday, a weird snap of Kejriwal wearing a flower cap has gone viral and everyone seems to have made a scapegoat of it. Earlier today, Kejriwal happened to go to Goa for the promotions of his party. Naturally, some families greeted him to a warm welcome by putting a flower hat on his head.
