AP Has No Business in Hyderabad

Amid several speculations that Andhra Pradesh Assembly will go back to Hyderabad for the Winter Session, Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao clarified it. Kodela revealed that the session will be conducted in Velagapudi Interim Secretariat itself. He also said that the session will happen on December end or early January.

He is hopeful that the Assembly Building will be complete by this month end. He reiterated that Andhra Pradesh Assembly will not go to Hyderabad for any sessions further. The construction is almost complete and the interior works are being done.

Furniture and Sound System are being setup. The Sound System used in Assembly and Council in Velagapudi are of Ultra Modern facilities. They will catch sound even if the member speaking is not facing it. Speaker, Chief Minister, Ministers, Opposition Leaders and others will have their offices on the first floor of the Assembly building.
