KTR Comes Up With An Excuse and Promise on Roads

Telangana Municipal Minister, K Taraka Ramarao who is usually very vocal on all the issues on his Twitter was completely silent on Hyderabad Rains which turned Hyderabad Roads into a virtual hell for the people in the last few days.

One person tweeted, “KTR has stopped tweeting on Hyd roads. A true leader will never run away from problems, instead, you should face it, make plans and share progress”. For that KTR came up with an excuse and at the same time, a promise.

“Just didn’t want to inundate all with info like how we received 500% more rain etc. Time to act, not talk more. Will start soon with works,” KTR tweeted in reply. People have been hearing of such promises for a long time with no actual work. Hopefully, this promise is not one of those.
