KTR Losing The Social Media Charm?

Just a year back, Telangana IT Minister, K Taraka Ramarao used to have an over-whelming following in social media. We have seen his timeline bustling with activity. Whenever he posts something, we see 1000s of people Liking, RTing, Sharing those updates singing praises of him.

Then, there are celebrities who frequently elevate the young leader. But all that seems to be a thing of the past now. Anti-incumbency is gripping the Telangana Government. We have seen TRS struggling in the Dubbaka by-election and the GHMC Elections. The impact can be felt on KTR’s timeline.

The enthusiasm of the supporters is no longer seen. KTR has also changed his style. Political criticism has taken place of the positive updates. And with that, there are people who criticize the ruling party and finger point the mistakes.

Probably this is a testimony of the fact nothing is permanent in politics. The next two years or so are going to be extremely tough for TRS and KTR as well. The party needs to do something sensational to stay in course of a third term.
