Chikkadapalli Police completed the investigation of Allu Arjun in the Sandhya Theater Stampede case. The team questioned Allu Arjun for two and a half hours in the presence of his lawyer, Ashok Reddy.
The Police may call the actor once again to question.
Meanwhile, a legal expert speaking anonymously, said today’s inquiry is very important.
“Whenever an accused moves a Bail Petition. It is natural that the investigating agency will oppose it in court. When the bail is moved immediately after the arrest, opposing it is very common. The Honorable High Court has granted bail to Allu Arjun and it will not be uncommon if the Police file a review petition to cancel the bail,” the legal expert told M9 News.
“The Bail cancellation can be moved in two ways – if the accused is not cooperating with the investigation or if the accused is trying to influence the victims or the witnesses. Police can say Allu Arjun’s previous pressmeet will influence the victims and the witnesses. They can use Allu Aravind’s statement to form a trust for the boy to say they are influencing the victims,” they added.
“It is good that Allu Arjun did not skip the questioning today or it will amount to non-cooperation. A lot will depend on how he answered. The agency can say he did not cooperate by not giving proper answers. So what are these proper answers? The Prosecution will always say the accused is involved in the crime. It is natural that the accused will deny that. So, they can inform the court that he did not cooperate. But the court will decide based on the evidence submitted,” the legal expert explained.
The Police may call him once again for questioning.
We will have to see if the Police are preparing ground to file Allu Arjun’s Bail Cancelation. If they do, the above-mentioned are possible options.
Will they go to court or will they do not go? – depends on the Political Decisions of the Government for obvious reasons.
