Legal War Looming Between Janasena and TV Channels

Janasena President Pawan Kalyan started a series of tweets once again this morning on the TV Channels involved in the latest controversy. He clarified that Janasena will be sending Legal notices to the TDP backed media channels heads and their shareholders and investors and their board too.

It is already known that Pawan Kalyan has received a Legal Notice from Venture Capitalist, Srini Raju the major stakeholder in TV9 News Channel and has also replied to it. Another channel, ABN – Andhrajyothy already filed a defamation case against him.

TV9 is also contemplating a legal action. With Pawan Kalyan not relenting, this seems to be growing into a full-fledged legal war in the coming days. With elections a year away, things could turn nasty. Janasena may be deprived of the valuable media coverage.

Fans and supporters are supporting Pawan Kalyan in this cause come what may. “We are aware of the consequences of taking on the media. But we feel our leader is not doing this without giving a thought about it. So, we will support him,” a Senior fan of Pawan Kalyan told us.
