Jagan made tall claims back then that a foundation stone before elections is unethical and he will lay a foundation stone in less than six months after coming to power. He did that and claimed to make the steel plant operational in three years.
Three years are already done and now, Jagan is going to Kadapa once again and laying the foundation stone for the steel plant for the second time.
In about four years, Jagan is still in the foundation stone laying stage itself. One would wonder when the work will begin.
The elections are less than one and a half years and just like how he made allegations about Chandrababu Naidu, Jagan’s second foundation stone will be seen as an election stunt.
