Lockdown Violation Case Registered on YSR Congress MLA

Kovvur MLA, Prasanna Kumar Reddy was booked for violation of lockdown Rules and Regulations. The other day, the MLA distributed groceries to people, leading to a massive gathering of about 4500 people. And there are no social distancing measures. The District SP ordered a case to be registered on the MLA.

The Ruling Party MLA was obviously upset with that and staged a Dharna at the Police Station for booking a case against him. The Ruling Party Leaders are constantly violating the Lockdown rules and this is the first time a case was registered on one of them.

Meanwhile, twenty-one new cases were recorded in Andhra Pradesh from Last Night to This Morning. This takes the total cases to 402. Kurnool has the got the highest number of cases in the state while Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts did not register a single case till now.

On the other side, 133 Red zones were identified across the eleven districts in the states. The zones were locked restricting the movement of the people only for medical emergencies.
