
As per the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed before the beginning of the project, the HMRL had signed with the Union ministry of road transport and highways (MoRTH) to construct grade separators and flyovers simultaneously along with the construction of the Metro viaduct which may bring down the congestion to a great extent but HMRL ignored it totally.
