Man Marries His Smartphone

Aaron Chervenak, an artist-director from Los Angeles, USA married his smartphone in a church ceremony in Las Vegas, taking his cellphone love to a new level. He even drove 365 kilometers from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in the wedding ceremony that took place in a church ceremony where his friends are also present.

Aaron donned a tux for the wedding while the bride, his smart phone wore a protective case. Michael Kelly owner of the Little Las Vegas Chapel as a part of the ceremony asked “Do you, Aaron, take this smartphone to be your lawfully wedded wife, and do you also promise to love her, honor her, comfort and keep her, and be faithful to her?”

The groom gleefully said “I do”. Aaron said this marriage is to make a point about how dependent people are on their phones. Since his smartphone has been his longest relationship, Aaron connects to his phone on so many emotional levels. But those who attended the ceremony found it bizarre.
