Minister Amar Worried On Winning Chances Of Own Seat?

Gudivada Amarnath represents the Anakapalli constituency. He recently got a cabinet berth in Jagan’s cabinet expansion. He got the crucial IT and industries portfolios.

Seniors who were upset about a Junior getting a cabinet berth were plotting against Amar. Yalamanchili MLA Kannababu Raju is one among them.

He may not get a seat in the next election considering his age. But the MLA wants the seat to be given to his son Sukumar Varma. But Amar wants the seat for himself.

Amar already requested Jagan to allot the seat. YSR Congress swept all the local body elections in this constituency.

Gavaras and Kapus are dominant in Anakapalli. Gavaras will be the deciding factor. Dadi Veerabhadra Rao and MP Beesetti Satyavathi worked for Amar in the last elections.

Dadi’s son is expecting Amar’s Anakapalli seat in the next election. So, the minister is worried about winning from Anakapalli and is keen on going to Yalamanchili.

There are rumors in the constituency that Amar is behind the corruption allegations against MLA Kannababu Raju.

We will have to see what the Chief Minister decides in this tussle.
