On Telangana, PM Modi reportedly expressed dissatisfaction with the BJP’s performance in the state. He felt the party was not functioning as a strong opposition and questioned why a more effective team had not been put together. Despite the opportunities available, Modi said local leaders were not fully utilising them.

He further asked Telugu MPs to take up national issues more proactively. Modi directed them to tour their respective regions, identify public concerns, and raise those matters effectively.
