Controversial Allegation On Modi’s Brahmachari Life!

Subramanian Swamy Modi allegation controversy

Subramanian Swamy once held strong influence in national politics and built his name through high-profile corruption battles like the 2G spectrum case and National Herald probe. His relevance dropped sharply after the Modi government sidelined him despite his expectations of a major role.

His expulsion from the BJP’s national executive in 2013 pushed him to the margins. He remained a Rajya Sabha member with little influence and kept attacking senior leaders such as Arun Jaitley, Narendra Modi, and Jay Shah. These attacks distanced him from the party’s base.

His frequent controversial posts on social media, often labelled Islamophobic, anti-Muslim, or economically unsound, weakened his standing among moderate and urban voters. By 2022, the BJP denied him a Rajya Sabha renomination, ending his parliamentary journey.

Swamy later backed Jagan, who faces several corruption cases, and targeted Chandrababu Naidu in hopes of winning political space. Even that attempt failed, leaving him outside every power circle with no clear political future.

Today he triggered another controversy. On X, he accused Modi of hiding personal behaviour and claimed the US holds photos for blackmail. He alleged Modi presents himself as a Brahmachari while being a Bachelor with past flings. His post also dragged Hardip Puri into the claim.

Swamy, once the face of anti-corruption activism, now leans on unverified allegations that damage public discourse. His shift from legal battles to rumor-driven politics shows how far he has moved from his earlier reputation.

This time, his comments go beyond internal party fights. They risk India’s global image by pushing unverified personal claims into the international space. Even long-time observers feel he crossed a line with this outburst.

BJP once relied on Swamy for his sharp attacks on rivals. Today the same Swamy functions like an unguided missile, firing at the party that once supported him. His frustration over missing a Cabinet berth and a Rajya Sabha renomination appears unmistakable.

The next move rests with the BJP. It has to decide whether to file a defamation case or continue ignoring him as his influence fades further.
