Nagaland case comes as Relief to our Jump Jilanis?

A case of Nagaland may comes as a relief to Talasani and other TDP, Congress and YSR Congress MLAs who joined TRS. Recently eight Congress MLAs joined the ruling, Naga Peoples Front and got Minister Posts there. The ruling of high court there came in favour of the defected MLAs.

They along with the ruling of the high court submitted a document of joining the ruling party and got it ratified by the Speaker. The speaker opined that there can not be action on them with anti-defection law.

The MLAs who jumped in to TRS say this ruling will come in to handy to them. Four TDP MLAs, Three Congress MLAs and two YSR Congress MLAs jumped the fence and joined TRS after the election. Talasani even got Ministry.
