Naidu and KCR’s Friendly Chat!

Both the Telugu Chief Ministers who are at loggerheads on various bifurcation issues every day, came to the same stance at least on one issue. It is about the replacement for the existing Planning Commission. Both the CMs have agreed with Modi government’s view to replace the Planning Commission.

Narendra Modi proposed the idea of ‘Team India’ comprising a council of chief ministers along with the cabinet, Union employees and the state employees. Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao suggested a permanent secretariat for the Team India while Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the need to formulate a ‘Vision 2050’ with specific targets to achieve.

Both the Chief Ministers were seated side by side in the meeting and they also both of them even had a friendly chat at the lunch hosted by Modi. Sources tells us that the meeting is devoid of any local issues.
