Lokesh Fulfills Another Yuva Galam Promise

Minister Nara Lokesh has delivered on yet another promise made during his widely acclaimed Yuva Galam yatra. This time, 150 poor families from Gudemkottala in Kurnool’s Ashok Nagar have received permanent house pattas, giving them a long-awaited sense of security and ownership.

These families had been living in temporary slum settlements for years, stuck in poverty and neglected by previous administrations. Despite repeatedly requesting permanent land, no political party had taken concrete steps to address their need—until now.

During the Yuva Galam yatra, a people-first initiative aimed at listening to citizens’ aspirations, the Gudemkottala families met Nara Lokesh and personally appealed for permanent land pattas. The meeting was made possible by TG Bharath, who was the Kurnool in-charge at the time.

Lokesh assured them that once the alliance government came to power, their request would be fulfilled. Staying true to his word, he allocated one acre of land to these families under government order GO No. 30. The pattas were officially handed over by Minister TG Bharath, marking a significant step in public welfare.

This is not the first time Lokesh has honored such commitments. He had earlier distributed permanent land pattas to the poor in Mangalagiri in two phases, again based on promises made during his Yuva Galam yatra, reinforcing his image as a leader who walks the talk.
