Narendra Modi Conspiring Against LK Advani?

If the common belief of CBI playing to the tunes of the ruling party is true, Narendra Modi himself is conspiring against BJP Veteran Leader, LK Advani. CBI today pressed Conspiracy Charges against Advani in Supreme Court today in Babri Masjid Demolition Case.

The Supreme Court has accepted that and announced that Advani and others will be tried in Lucknow Court. This effectively means that Advani’s chances of becoming the next President of India are gone. Sushma Swaraj is the front runner now.

The Presidential election is due in July and BJP is busy crunching the numbers necessary to get its candidate elected. After the landslide of the party and its allies in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and its rise to power in Manipur and Goa, the ruling NDA is just short of 25,000 votes in its electoral college for the presidency.
