Modi Government Fudging Surveys to Suit BJP?

Narendra Modi led BJP Party seems to be in a state of distress ahead of the General Elections. BJP is shellshocked with the recent Five State Elections in which BJP did not win even a single state and also lost their strong states like Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. The party is trying to appease the people in the last minute.

Until now, the Right Wing Government was giving lectures about how Reservations and Financial Dolls are hindrances to the country and economy. But then, we have seen the government Bringing the Reservations to the Poor in Upper Castes. Now, there are rumors that the government will increase the Income Tax Exemption limits from 2.5 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs.

BJP is reportedly also mulling a Raithu Bandhu like a scheme which will benefit the farmers. It is clear that BJP is trying to appease all sections of people with these last-minute efforts. That brings to the question if there are indications of BJP losing majority in the upcoming elections. That also smear doubts on the National Media Surveys which have been predicting a BJP Comeback.

Does this mean Modi Government is fudging the Surveys in favour of BJP to create a favourable Public Perception? Popular Belief in Andhra Pradesh is that BJP should go if the state should expecting anything in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act is to be implemented along with the Special Status.
