Notes Ban leading to Psychic Problems in People

The Notes Ban seem to be having an effect on the mental health of the people as patients complaining of ‘acute stress’ are increasing. Psychiatrists are warning that the depression and frustration of the people will lead to impulse control disorder if the situation does not improve by the end of this month.
