Modi’s Visit Costs a Bomb for Telangana

Telangana government is gearing up for the maiden visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The state government is making all arrangements to make the visit memorable for the high-profile guest. We are said that the government is spending a whopping 50 Crore for the public meeting of Modi in Gajwel.

The dais is being prepared to reflect Telangana culture. The dais itself will cost 7 Crore to the state exchequer. Aluminium sheets and Steel rods are being used to make the dais. The Public meeting is being arranged in an area of 80 acres at Komatibanda Gutta and will have a seating capacity of Two Lakh People.

Give the overcast conditions prevailing in the state, rain proof and sun proof sheds are being readied for the people sitting. Over 50 LED screens are being arranged for those sitting at the end. All the roads leading to Komatibanda are being laid and a sum of 19.5 Crores was allotted for this purpose. The Memorial of Mission Bhageeradha that will be unveiled by the PM is costing one crore. Food and transportation for those coming to the meeting will cost 8 Crore.
