Modi's cruel joke on AP and Chandrababu!

Narendra Modi led Central government is continuing its insensitive attitude towards Andhra Pradesh. The central government was sitting on the 16,500 revenue deficit of first year which it is obliged to pay according to the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act.

Center barely gave any funds to the state in the past 18 months. Even AP had to spend its own money for National Project, Polavaram. However Center reportedly is serious on the state for using 1850 Crore central help for Capital to other expenses.

The center reportedly questioned why the funds meant for Capital expenses were diverted to other expenses. The answer seem to be very simple, if center had paid for the revenue deficit and Polavaram, then there is no need for AP to divert funds. But the answer will be definitely not to the liking of Modi.
