New Adviser to the Government Never Crossed Tenth Class?

Jagan Mohan Reddy Government has been appointing scores of people in the name of Advisers to the Government and is Giving Cabinet Ranks to them. They are drawing Salaries in Lakhs. This has come under severe criticism and defending that, CM Jagan said the Advisers to the Government are appointed strictly on merit.

The other day, the Government had issued a G.O. appointed Ambati Krishna Reddy of Kadapa district as the Agriculture Adviser to the Govenrment. The G.O. said he will be drawing 1.76 Lakh Salary every month and perks. He was given nine staff and will hold a cabinet rank.

Andhrajyothy today published a News Report saying that Ambati Krishna Reddy never passed SSC. He did not have the history of doing any experiments in agriculture. The only merit he possesses is that he is a loyalist of YS family over the years. He is into the business of cooking oils.

He was initially promised Kadapa ZP Chairman post but that had to be given to former MLA Amarnath Reddy. So, Krishna Reddy was accommodated as the Adviser to the Government. This proves the Opposition’s allegation of Advisers doing nothing and giving no worthy advice to the Government for the Lakhs of Salaries they are drawing.
