New Covid Variant: Telangana Govt Starts Action

A new variant of COVID – BF.7 is wrecking havoc in China with a record number of cases being reported every day and deaths also at a stellar rate.

In view of the Covid outburst in China, neighboring countries, including India have started taking evasive action.

Now, the government of Telangana has started amping up the action in order to try and prevent a possible outbreak here.

The health department has started to fire up the vaccination drive. Second-dose vaccination and booster dose program are being accelerated in the state.

At the airport, thermal screening has been initiated and also the Covid testing process.

Telangana has reported 6 Covid positive cases yesterday and now, the government has started to take evasive measures to prevent a possible outbreak again.
