New Voters Hulchul In Hyderabad

The election buzz is heating up in Hyderabad as the big day on November 30 approaches. People are talking and political leaders are pointing fingers, creating a charged atmosphere.

The Hyderabad District Election Authority is working hard to get new voters excited, setting up youth-led polling spots in each area.

Between October 4th-30th, lots of folks applied to vote and many changes happened. Chandrayanagutta canceled the most votes (27,295), followed by Karwan, Yakutpura, Khairatabad, and Jubilee Hills, totaling 85,000 cancellations.

Old City areas are doing well in signing up new voters, with Chandrayanagutta leading at 36,817, followed by Nampally, Jubilee Hills, Karwan, and Khairatabad.

It’s cool that Karwan got the most new young voters (7,608, aged 18-19), but Cantonment has fewer young voters at just 2,000. Old City is also doing a good job of making sure fake and dead votes don’t count.
