No Corruption under Naidu’s nose

In the previous regime of YS Rajasekhara Reddy several paper companies have cropped up. Government had extended various incentives and huge land parcels at dead cheap rates to those companies which only took loans on those lands or diverted those lands to other uses. However CM Chandrababu Naidu seem to be averse of such corruption.

The Chief Minister is appointing a third party consultant to monitor the progress of industrial projects that got benefitted from the state government. The third party checks and inspection reports will be the basis for monitoring the progress of those projects. Defaulting projects will be fined or reprimanded in various other ways.

Severely defaulting projects will be withdrawn of the lands and other benefits and the land may be used to other projects. All the projects seeking incentivies from the state government, usually promises the investments and employment creation in a given time, according to the MOUs with the government.
